Active to Fit

Fitness and Toning

OlyFit ($430/mnth $45/class)  3 weekly 60 minute Athlete style workouts including time in the Red Light Lounge and OlyFix Room.  High paced beats to get your feet, heart, and body moving through multiple strength, conditioning, mobility, and agility programs designed for our athletes.  12 spots available per class with drop-ins available.

Beginner to Active

Weight Loss  and Wellness

THE12 ($900) – 12 week weight loss and health improvement program.  3 weekly 30 minute progressive intensity workouts to improve mobility, balance, endurance, strength, and stability for improved health, weight loss, and a better life.  Only 6 spots available per group.  Programs begin in January, May, and September!  Contact Clint to get your spot. Fit4 ($480/mnth) - 4 week high intensity fat loss program.  3 weekly 30 minute HIIT circuit style workouts of 12 specific exercise to increase endurance, lean mass, and reduce body fat.  Only 6 spots available per class.  Full 4 week class begins the 1st Monday of the month with no drop-ins available. BAbS

Very Fit Women Only

BAbS ($380/mnth) – 4 week high intensity strength & conditioning program for women only.  2 weekly 30 minute circuit style workouts specifically to build a better butt, abs, and shoulders.  Only 3 spots available per class.  Full 4 week class begins the 1st Monday of the month, no drop-ins available.
