Fitness and Toning

OlyFit ($430/mnth $45/class)  3 weekly 60 minute Athlete style workouts including time in the Red Light Lounge and OlyFix Room.  High paced beats to get your feet, heart, and body moving through multiple strength, conditioning, mobility, and agility programs designed for our athletes.  12 spots available per class with drop-ins available.

THE12 ($900) – 12 week weight loss and health improvement program.  3 weekly 30 minute progressive intensity workouts to improve mobility, balance, endurance, strength, and stability for improved health, weight loss, and a better life.  Only 6 spots available per group.  Programs begin in January, May, and September!  Contact Clint to get your spot. Restore and Recover ($430/mnth $60/session) – 3 weekly 60 minute Restoration sessions in our Red Light Lounge and Recovery Room to reduce pain, restore motion, and recover vitality. PREVIEW

Runoga

Beginner to Athlete

Runoga ($280/mnth) – 4 week high intensity 5 level stability and coordination program for runners and athletes.  2 weekly 30 minute bodyweight program incorporating isometrics, mobility, stability, and running mechanics motions.  Only 12 spots available per class.  Full 4 week class begins the 1st Saturday of the month with no drop-ins available.
